Use of information provided to Beyond Dark

Personal and financial information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your order. During checkout you will be asked to “opt in” to receive information from Beyond Dark and possibly other organisations and companies involved with, or relevant to, Beyond Dark. Financial and payment details such as credit/debit card numbers are removed from our database immediately following payment. All information supplied in our feedback form will be used only for the purpose of responding to your query or suggestion.

Please note: Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or other inappropriate material is prohibited.

Offers and Promotions

We reserve the right to run offers and promotions at various times of the year. Any promotional code advertised is only available during the period as advertised. Only one promotional code or offer can be used with a purchase.

Payment

We take payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and American Express. Please ensure all details are correct at time of placing order to assist in credit verification. We also require the cardholder’s registered address to enable validation with your credit card company. We accept no responsibility for orders that are held back due to incorrect or invalid payment details being submitted.

Refunds/Replacement

If you make a purchase, or receive a chocolate gift which you are not entirely happy with, then we need to hear about it. If you’re not 100% happy with our products, we guarantee to immediately put it. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange replacement or a refund. We will not refund the cost of postage when returning your order.

Consumer Protection

Should for any reason your payment card be used fraudulently to purchase goods from the site, you are entitled to cancel the said payment. If a payment has already been taken from your card, you are entitled to a re-credit or to have all monies returned to you by your card issuer, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000).
